The implementation of nature-based solutions that involve natural processes to mutually decrease flood risk and protect ecosystems can be an answer the demand for resilient management (FRM). As example a solution, polders have potential deliver those benefits; however, need innovation is observed in field redefining, combining, reformulating existing approaches improve welfare wellbeing individuals communities. This article aims investigate polder processes, perceived as introduction social Poland Hungary, where FRM required but innovative stalls at different stages. Based on comparative analysis, set factors effective was formulated regarding formal legal conditions economic aspects implementation.
